There were 2 normal small charms, a magnet and a mirror! They were the small mirrors and I still absolutely adore them!
I am definitely going to come back every now and then to see the new things you add! And I absolutely can't wait for those pictures!!
Thank you for your kind replies and I am so glad I stopped by and saw your wonderful works of art! Great job! ;) Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-775296248548669789.post-77741903211641811772012-11-24T12:45:22.799-08:002012-11-24T12:45:22.799-08:00Oh, I don't mind your questions at all; I enjo...Oh, I don't mind your questions at all; I enjoy your enthusiasm! :)
I usually make necklace pendants and rings, and my sister's friend makes things like magnet, key chains, and stuff like that. Either today or tomorrow, I am going to make an owl necklace pendant for my sister as a Christmas gift because she loves owls, so I'll be posting about that soon.
I also want to make Christmas tags to put on gifts this year.
You can do a ton with clay; I've even seen people braid clay together to make some really cool bracelets such as in this post: http://www.delightedmomma.com/2011/08/diy-braided-clay-bracelet.htmlMarandahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04611457188860927516noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-775296248548669789.post-74382126188663031442012-11-22T14:51:54.558-08:002012-11-22T14:51:54.558-08:00I can't wait to see some of those pictures!
I...I can't wait to see some of those pictures!
I have another question, if you do not mind!
What types of things have you tried making with clay? I am especially interested in jewelry items. Maybe charm bracelets or anything else? I just love making clay things except I use cold porcelain and another air dry clay!
;)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-775296248548669789.post-65477002705673722632012-11-21T15:34:15.984-08:002012-11-21T15:34:15.984-08:00Thank you so much!

In my ceramics class at school, we rolled out some clay and imprinted leaves into it (instead of lace). Then, we laid them over bowls, let them dry, and fired them in the kiln so that they are bowls with leave shapes in them. They're pretty cool, so I'll post some pictures of them once my teacher has graded them. c:Marandahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04611457188860927516noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-775296248548669789.post-13643628160474132662012-11-21T14:00:02.287-08:002012-11-21T14:00:02.287-08:00Adorable! I'll have to remember the tip about using floss to make your own design. c:Marandahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04611457188860927516noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-775296248548669789.post-77699243313649200522012-11-06T10:11:36.867-08:002012-11-06T10:11:36.867-08:00I have done this in the past with great results! ...I have done this in the past with great results! If you take some gold paste and rub it gently over the top of the piece, you can have it gilded also. Love to roll my beads in lace and then gild them, antique them or whatever I want. Am always looking for different textures to 'mold'. I have used bottles, picture frames and different types of clothing. Floss works well also as you can make your own pattern. Great job! Oh, a lacy border would look nice too. Lindahttp://littlecrafty.webplus.netnoreply@blogger.com
